A series of joinery packages delivered inside one of Brisbane's busiest hospitality venues.
Work at The Star Casino has included the High Roller's Lounge and a custom ATM screen for the Sports Bar - each fabricated at our Brisbane workshop and installed by our own team, working around the live gaming floor and F&B operations.
Built to fit. Fitted to program.
Casino environments don't stop for trades.
Installs were planned around operating hours, with tight windows, strict site protocols and zero tolerance for rework.
It's the kind of environment where preparation in the factory decides whether the install goes smoothly - which is exactly how we like to work.
You wouldn't know it was joinery.
The Star needed a solution that didn't disrupt a 24-hour operation.
Built conventionally, this screen would have been partition framing, sheeted on site, with joinery panels applied over the top. Weeks of work, more trades, and far more disruption.
Instead, the framing was brought into the joinery scope. We built the screen in modular sections in our factory - transported to site and installed by one person, in a matter of hours.
A better quality result. You'd never know it wasn't built in place.
Every detail considered.
Every detail was resolved in shop drawings and fabrication - so the complete install took just two days.
Curving and applying the tile-board in the factory meant the tilers walked up to a surface that was ready for them.
We look after our scope, and set up the trades that follow.
Thinking outside the box.
Long ATM queues were a growing point of friction on the gaming floor. The fix meant positioning new machines where the building never intended them to go.
These custom posts drop power seamlessly from the ceiling above - you'd think they were always there.
They don't just hide the cables, either - no-tool access is built in, so the venue can add or modify cables down the track.
